I designed the FLOUNDER SURF FLAG to recognize all of our passionate Flounder fishermen and women. In our community we love to catch those crazy eyed fish.

My first time I ate fried flounder it was served with calabash shrimp, homemade hush puppies with butter and cocktail sauce with fries. That was at a little whole in the wall “Fish Camp” in Calabash, NC.
