SHIPPING POLICY FOR THE SURF FISHING GUY


Thank you for your purchase from us. My lovely wife and I appreciate you very much.  Below I listed some basic shipping guidelines we use.  I hope these answer your questions, if not just send me an email, thesurffishingguy@yahoo.com or a text 704-743-8726.


Where we ship

Currently we only ship our awesome products to the lower 48 states. We do not ship internationally.  If you live near Concord, NC and want to pick up your purchase, please email or text me to arrange a pick up time.


Flat Shipping Rates

We have flat rate shipping on all our products.  We feel this is the fairest way to offer the lowest shipping costs for you.  I have negotiated shipping costs with a company that offers us up to 70% lower costs for UPS and USPS services. You may not be aware yet but USPS raised their shipping costs twice in July of 2024.


Below are the flat rates that we charge:

Purchase total up to $44.00 is a flat rate fee of $5.99

Purchase total from $44.01 up to $100.00 is a flat rate fee of $9.99

Purchase total from$100.01 to $149.99 is a flat rate fee of $13.99

ALL PURCHASE TOTALS AFTER DISCOUNTS OVER $150.00 ARE SHIPPED FOR FREE


Processing and Shipping Time

After we receive your order it may take up to three days to package and ship your order.  During holidays or sales events, packaging and shipping may take a little longer.  Orders received after 2:00p will not be processed until the next business day.  We do not process any orders received on Sunday or holidays until the next business day.

After that, it may take 4 to 7 business days to receive your order. We package and ship Monday – Saturday to serve you better. You will receive a tracking number for your order by the email you provided.  Please allow USPS or UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.


Damaged items

Unfortunately, the Surf Fishing Guy cannot be responsible for damaged items you receive.  In this case, take pictures, save all packaging and file a claim with the carrier. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  You can always text me, 704-743-8726, to keep me updated with this issue.
