They are Constructed 2 Different Ways.
>The 1st type is my USA, BETSY ROSS and U.S. YACHT ENSIGN MARINE READY FLAGS. They consist of 1 ply 420 Heavy Duty Max Denier, 6x rows of heavy stitching around the entire flag and the header is constructed of heavy-duty white flag material. The flap corners are double cross stitched and pressed for added strength and crafted with MARINE-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL GROMMETS for superior corrosion resistance, especially in wet and marine environments. Durable and heavy duty for long-lasting performance.
>My second type of MARINE READY CUSTOM FLAG is 3ply (front flag, back flag and black liner sown in between them). The flags are printed with a sublimation printing process printing the same image on the front and back of the flag. The stitching is upgraded to 6 lines of stitching around the entire flag. The header is made of heavy-duty flag material with pressed and double cross-stitched corners. Marine Grade Stainless Steel Grommets are also used on this flag.
All MARINE READY CUSTOM FLAGS receive a hand coating of Marine 303 Aerospace protectant. This is a premium protectant designed to protect boat equipment and sails against the damaging effects of saltwater conditions. Decide you want to have 3- 12″x18″ or 3- 2’x3′ CUSTOM MARINE READYS. Custom flag making requires art files called Vector Files. I will need a vector file for the design you choose. If you dont have any, I can have them created for you and the files are then your property to use to make other branded items for yourself.
You and I work together to have your custom flag created just as you want it to look. We do this by phone, txt and email and takes 2 or 3 days to complete. I work on the weekends also. You approve the final artwork (vector file) and in about 3 or 4wks you will receive your 3 custom flags.

Your custom made flags are contructed to be Marine/saltwater ready. The Surf Fishing Guys Custom flags are 3 ply constructed. The front and back oflags are sublimated printed to create a near perfect image. They are sown together with a black liner in the middle to block sunlight and create a much stronger constructed custom flag. All of my custom flags are made with 4 rows of stitching sown around the entire flag. The header is a heavy duty white header and most importantly the flag corners are pressed and double cross stitched again.

All my custom flags are hand treated with Marine 303 Aerospace Protectant. (That really means I apply the product myself.) These flags are Marine ready for fresh or saltwater use.
